5. Payment Terms
Before commencing work on a service, we will send a Statement of Work (SOW) document via DocuSign. Both parties must sign this contract to agree on the scope and specific requirements of the service. After signing the SOW, Linx Digital Studio, LLC will send a Stripe payment link for the full service amount. Work will begin once the payment is received in full.
6. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, we provide collaboration sessions to ensure our services meet your expectations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by LinxGraphix are the intellectual property of Linx Digital Studio, LLC. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose upon full payment.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
